A sustainable daily well-being routine can be a great way to take action to feel more grounded in your life, as well as being a loving act of self-care. It can reduce stress, improve immunity, maintain flexibility (both mentally and physically if you choose) and greatly increase your natural resilience to life's curve balls. It can also be a daily opportunity to take a breather and have some space just for you - whether that's 5 mins, 15 mins or 60 mins.
The key word is sustainable, though! There's no point doing something that isn't sustainable over a longer time period or isn't flexible enough to deal with the peaks of troughs of life. That's where the tailoring can come in.
We can design a well-being prescription that will be flexible enough to move with whatever is going on for you.
We can draw on my training and experience in:

The price is £65 for two hours and you'll come away with a one hour practice and with 5, 15 and 30 min variations to suit you. This would make a great gift for a loved one, too!
